Project Overview

Supported Kwale County–s Department of Tourism, Investment, Promotion and ICT in developing an ICT Policy and Strategic Plan 2018–2023. The assignment combined policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, SWOT analysis, and strategic planning to create a practical framework for ICT governance and digital transformation.

Business Challenge

Kwale County required a structured ICT policy and strategic plan to guide digital governance, ICT investment, departmental systems, service delivery, and technology-enabled development within the Department of Tourism, Investment, Promotion and ICT.

Our Approach

Conducted document analysis, departmental workshops, SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, ICT policy review, benchmarking, and strategic planning sessions to identify institutional needs and define ICT priorities.
